Terms of service

These terms cover the BulkPro apps for Shopify, made by Behelpme.

Billing

All charges go through Shopify's billing and appear on your Shopify invoice. Monthly plans are billed every 30 days until you change or cancel them in the app. Uninstalling an app cancels its plan.

One-time packs

A one-time pack is charged once and can be used for the time shown when you buy it. It does not renew.

Refunds

All payments are final and not refunded, whether the orders or credits are used or not. If something went wrong, contact us and we'll look at it with you.

Your data

We only use your store's data to run the app for you. See our privacy policy.
